The Role

As a Client Account Manager (CAM), you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and growing our relationships with healthcare providers across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional support, identifying account-level growth opportunities, and helping ensure your region meets and exceeds its goals in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Serving as the primary liaison for all existing ordering accounts—responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, or issues
  • Monitoring account health to prevent revenue decline and proactively identifying opportunities for growth
  • Exploring new test sales opportunities within existing accounts and partnering with the Regional Sales Manager to schedule strategic calls and meetings
  • Driving a team-based, ecosystem approach to account success by working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support territory goals and quota
  • Facilitating a smooth handoff and activation process for newly onboarded ordering accounts
  • Building strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client’s clinical needs, workflow preferences, and business objectives
  • Leading regular virtual or phone-based client check-ins to share updates, reinforce rapport, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Staying current on market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, customer support, logistics, clinical education) to ensure client needs are fully met
  • Providing regular updates to the Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager on account status, pipeline, and revenue performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or customer support—preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; French or German fluency is a strong plus
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a book of business across multiple countries
  • HubSpot or other CRM experience preferred
  • Based in or around London (within ~60 minutes), with flexibility to travel occasionally
  • Interest in integrative, functional, or longevity medicine is a plus
