Job summary

SCG Connected is seeking a customer-focused Account Executive to manage a base of around 400 customers and drive end-to-end sales. You will engage in remote review meetings, identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, and collaborate with Provisioning and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and meticulous CRM record-keeping to hit monthly targets while maintaining excellent service levels.

Responsibilities

Account management of c.400 customers.
Conduct remote review meetings and manage end-to-end sales process.
Complete reviews to hit monthly sales targets and up-/cross-sell.
Collaborate with Provisioning and Support to ensure smooth customer experience.
Raise escalations timely to ensure fast resolutions.
Maintain full product knowledge to enable full solution selling.
Keep accurate CRM records and use quoting portals.

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + uncapped OTE

To supportand grow the assigned Customer basewhilstdelivering exceptional customer service, with the goal of becoming the trusted partner for all Communications,Connectivityand IT needs.

Responsibilities:

Account Managementof c.400customers.
Remote review meetings,opportunityseekingand end-to-end sales process.
To completereviewswith an aim to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships and raise opportunities toup-selland cross-sellwith anaim to hit sales target by the end of each month.
Work alongside Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible
Ensure escalations are raised within the business at theappropriate timeto ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability
To maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilise the required pipeline and quoting portals.
