Job summary

SCG Midlands in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow the assigned customer base, delivering superb service across Communications, Connectivity and IT. You will build trusted relationships and drive satisfaction while identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.

In this role you will run remote review meetings, manage the end-to-end sales process, and work with Provisioning and Support teams to ensure the best possible customer experience and timely

Responsibilities

• Account Management of c.400 customers.
• Remote review meetings, opportunity seeking and end-to-end sales process.
• Complete reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and raise up-sell opportunities.
• Work with Provisioning and Support teams to orchestrate the best customer experience.
• Ensure escalations are raised to secure swift resolutions.
• Maintain full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline and quoting portals.

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + uncapped OTE To support and grow the assigned Customer base whilst delivering exceptional customer service, with the goal of becoming the trusted partner for all Communications, Connectivity and IT needs.

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke

Responsibilities

• Account Management of c.400 customers.
• Remote review meetings, opportunity seeking and end-to-end sales process.
• To complete reviews with an aim to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships and raise opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell with an aim to hit sales target by the end of each month.
• Work alongside Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible
• Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
• Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability
• To maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilise the required pipeline and quoting portals.
