Are you an Account Manager or customer-focused professional looking for a stable, office-based role where you can build strong customer relationships, manage existing accounts and become a key part of a successful team?

The company has continued to grow and is now looking for a Customer Account Manager to support their existing customer base and help maintain the high level of service they are known for.

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling enquiries and quotes, resolving issues and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent level of service. You will also have a commercial focus, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and making sure nothing is missed.

This role would suit an Account Manager, Customer Service Executive or similar professional who is highly organised, good with customers and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment.

The Role:

• Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
• Handle enquiries, quotes, queries and customer issues, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide an excellent level of service and identify opportunities

The Candidate:

• Account Management, Customer Service or similar experience
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and a busy inbox
• Commercially aware, solution-focused and confident communicating with customers and colleagues
