Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring a reduction of arrears using all available communication methods
  • Proactively negotiate repayment agreements with customers
  • Provide support across the full arrears lifecycle
  • Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input
  • Ensure all tenant interactions comply with property industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication
  • Report to the team manager on a regular basis

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Account Lead should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Knowledge and understanding of the full arrears lifecycle
  • Experience managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the property industry and its standards
