Job Title: Account Lead

We are looking for an Account Lead to manage a prestigious corporate contract based in London. You will oversee a team comprising a Site Manager, Supervisors, and 60 operatives to ensure high standards of cleaning are maintained. No two days are the same, and your strong interpersonal skills will be vital in supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction levels.
  2. Ensure the quality of service delivery.
  3. Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams.
  4. Conduct regular contract and specification review meetings with customers.
  5. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
  6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service and people management skills.
  2. Experience in a similar cleaning management role is preferred.
  3. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level.
  4. Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis is ideal.
  5. Knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
  6. Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, innovative, and capable of working to tight deadlines.
