Job Description
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring a reduction of arrears using all available communication methods.
  • Proactively negotiate repayment agreements with customers.
  • Provide support across the full arrears lifecycle.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input.
  • Ensure all tenant interactions comply with property industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication.
  • Report to the team manager on a regular basis.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Account Lead should have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the full arrears lifecycle.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the property industry and its standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
