Fantastic role with a leading premium drinks organisation managing Both On & OFF trade accounts on the South Coast (Dorset and Taunton Postcodes)

The Role: The Customer Account Executive plays a critical role in driving commercial performance across both the Off Trade and On Trade channels. This position focuses on in-store execution, building local relationships, and unlocking incremental opportunities to grow product presence, availability, and visibility. Through consistent field presence and collaboration with key stakeholders, the CAE contributes to delivering sales targets and enhancing brand equity at the point of purchase.

Trade Split and Account Breakdown

  • 75% Off Trade
  • 25% On Trade

Off Trade:

  • Focused on major national retailers: Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, and select Co-ops.

Responsibilities include:

  • Correcting stock discrepancies to reduce out-of-stocks.
  • Increasing product facings.
  • Securing local off-shelf and chilled displays.
  • Building relationships at store level and with regional managers.

On Trade:

  • Calling on existing draught stockists to strengthen relationships.
  • Working with RTMs (Route to Market partners) to identify and secure new draught listings.
  • Examples of RTM partners: Westons with St Austell, Tolchards, and LWC.

The Person:

  • Able to make a tangible, positive impact on the region by engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with regional decision makers.
  • Demonstrates consistent presence and proactive engagement within the role.
  • Reliable, collaborative, and strategically aligned with the company's commercial goals.

This is a full-time, field-based role, ideal for someone with 1-2 years of On-Trade or Off-Trade drinks experience and based in the TA or DT postcodes.
