Job summary

Netbox Recruitment Ltd in Norwich is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join a close-knit team. The role blends customer service, relationship building and sales in a varied position where great service matters more than aggressive targets.

You will manage customer inquiries by phone and email, source products, prepare quotations and process orders while developing existing accounts and spotting opportunities for upsell in a friendly, non-pressured environment.

• Experience in nuts, bolts, fixings or similar industrial supplies is highly preferred; related sales experience a plus.

We're recruiting for an established specialist supplier serving the construction and manufacturing sectors, looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join its close-knit team in Norwich.

This is an opportunity to combine customer service, relationship building and sales in a varied role where great service matters more than aggressive targets.

What will you be doing?

• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email

What are we looking for?

• Someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems and spotting opportunities.


• You’ll have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, commercial awareness and a proactive approach.


• Experience within nuts, bolts, fixings, fasteners or similar industrial supplies is highly preferred. Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service within a related industry would also be advantageous.


• You’ll be confident building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and taking ownership of enquiries from start to finish.
