Job summary

LPPA Pensions invites a Development Centre Delivery Lead to shape and lead the Police & Fire learning curriculum from induction to ongoing development. You will design scalable, blended learning solutions and evaluate impact with KPI data, collaborating with leaders, SMEs and the MS Development Team.

You will drive performance improvements by translating operational needs into targeted training interventions, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes for members.

Qualifications

• Strong Police & Fire knowledge and a passion for developing others.
• Experience designing and delivering blended or digital learning.
• Experience using performance insight, QA data or operational feedback to shape training plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Police & Fire curriculum design, delivery, evaluation and improvement.
• Define learning pathways and scalable curriculum frameworks.
• Measure ROI and translate performance gaps into targeted learning interventions.
