Job summary

Henry Blue Ltd, on behalf of a Surrey FE college, seeks a Curriculum Manager – Plumbing to lead the department's curriculum while remaining involved in teaching. You will collaborate with the Head of School to shape provision across Plumbing, Gas and related Building Services, driving high-quality outcomes for learners.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching, requiring FE experience, strong industry knowledge and the ability to inspire curriculum teams.

Qualifications

Experience in Further Education or similar education/training environment.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Gas, Green Skills or Building Services programmes.
Experience supporting or leading curriculum teams.
Proven track record of teaching and/or pastoral support with positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing provision across Plumbing, Gas and Green Skills or related Building Services areas.
Managing curriculum teams to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Delivering approximately 7.5 hours of teaching per week alongside management duties.
Supporting curriculum planning, timetabling and development of effective systems.
