Royal Holloway University of London is recruiting a Director of Organisational Development, Culture & Transformation to lead OD, culture, leadership effectiveness and transformational change across the university. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and requires strategic vision, strong advisory capability and a track record of delivering complex organisational change.

• Senior-level experience leading OD, culture and transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• Ability to influence executives and senior leadership teams.
• Experience building high-performing specialist teams and developing consultancy capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the University's organisational development and culture strategy, aligning people, culture and performance with our ambitions.
• Shape and embed leadership behaviours, cultural aspirations and organisational capabilities for future success.
• Provide strategic leadership for organisation-wide change and transformation with a people-centred, evidence-based approach.
• Lead organisation design and effectiveness initiatives that improve collaboration, accountability and performance.
• Influence and coach senior leaders, acting as sponsors of change and ambassadors for our culture.
• Build and lead a high-performing OD and Change team and strengthen internal consultancy capability.
• Use insight and data to drive decision-making and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
