• Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and role-modeling a coaching culture.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
• Experience in managing food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focus on building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
