Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

- Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a track record of performance improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in genuine conversations with consideration and care.
- Experience maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
- Knowledge of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
- Ability to manage labor costs effectively and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to thrive and develop their careers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive, respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong.
- A forward-thinking approach with problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making.
