As a sous chef, you will lead with passion, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and inspiring your team through engagement and expertise.

• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches team members on the go
• Maintains food, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
