Sierra 57 Consult Ltd is seeking a skilled Mould Process Technician to join a leading injection moulding manufacturer in the UK. The role focuses on setting, conditioning and optimising moulding processes to meet output targets while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience with injection moulding machines, materials handling and continuous improvement, plus strong fault-finding and team-training abilities. Role demands flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Fully conversant with injection moulding processes.
• Strong fault-finding skills in tools & product.
• COSHH and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to manufacturing to maintain processes.
• Train and develop Mould Setters and Operators in skills and quality.
• Rectify processing problems and document actions.
• Introduce new products into plant in a structured, timely way.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot, and perform preventive actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
