HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced CTO Product Owner to lead AI-enabled features across our communication and collaboration platform. You will manage products end-to-end, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure operational resilience while balancing risks and costs.

The role requires strong product leadership, experience with multiple services, and a deep understanding of SDLC and agile practices.

Competenze

To be successful you should have strong experience in a product role, such as Product Owner or Product Manager.
Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple products or capabilities in a complex organisation.
Experience coordinating a product of significant scale and complexity.
Experience creating product roadmaps and driving delivery.

Manage products and services across their full lifecycle.
Manage incidents, bugs and operational activities.
Provide product support to key stakeholders.
Monitor service health, operational resilience and customer experience.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and costs across the product.
