Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking an Agentic Control Tower Product Owner to lead the platform strategy and drive executive engagement across enterprise AI delivery. You’ll own the vision, roadmap and value outcomes, coordinating with AI teams, Risk and Audit while reporting to the CAIO in a COO-led domain.

You’ll shape investment choices, ensure adoption, and deliver real-time portfolio visibility using autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications

• Significant product management or product ownership experience for a complex digital, data or enterprise platform.
• Strong track record of defining roadmaps, managing complex backlogs and delivering value across several teams.
• Sound commercial and analytical judgement, including investment choices, product measures and value tracking.
• The credibility to influence senior business, technology, Risk and Audit stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Experience balancing user outcomes, delivery pace, risk and long-term platform health.
• AI, automation, governance, assurance or regulated-sector experience would be useful, but deep engineering expertise is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Owning and communicating the product vision, roadmap, target outcomes and measures of success
• Setting priorities and managing the backlog across user value, delivery effort, risk and platform health
• Turning the needs of executives, delivery teams and Risk and Audit colleagues into clear product outcomes and requirements
• Partnering with engineering and architecture while retaining ownership of product priorities and acceptance
• Leading onboarding, adoption and continuous improvement, using evidence and feedback to increase value
• Shaping investment choices and tracking product performance, cost and benefits.
