Job summary

Aviva's Agentic Control Tower Product Owner will lead the platform strategy and drive high‑level stakeholder engagement across Aviva's C‑suite, Risk, Audit and AI product teams. Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will own the enterprise AI delivery platform, enabling real-time portfolio visibility and scalable adoption while balancing risk and value across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant product management or ownership experience for a complex digital, data or enterprise platform.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, manage backlogs and deliver value across multiple teams.
• Strong commercial/analytical judgement including investment choices and value tracking.
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience balancing user outcomes, delivery pace, risk and long-term platform health.
• Experience with AI, automation, governance or regulated sectors is useful; deep engineering not required.

Responsibilities

• Owning and communicating the product vision, roadmap, target outcomes and measures of success.
• Setting priorities and managing the backlog across user value, delivery effort, risk and platform health.
• Translating executive, delivery, Risk and Audit needs into clear product outcomes and requirements.
• Partnering with engineering and architecture while retaining ownership of priorities and acceptance.
• Leading onboarding, adoption and continuous improvement using evidence and feedback to increase value.
• Shaping investment choices and tracking product performance, cost and benefits.
