HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive GenAI capabilities across the organisation. You will own the product vision, strategy and delivery for enterprise AI initiatives, coordinating with engineering, data, risk, compliance and cybersecurity teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong GenAI expertise, experience delivering production AI products in regulated environments and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Significant end-to-end product ownership experience delivering enterprise AI products.
• Strong practical Generative AI expertise including LLMs, prompt design and AI evaluation.
• Proven ability to turn GenAI opportunities into production-ready solutions in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the GenAI product vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise use cases.
• Lead GenAI products through the full lifecycle: discovery to adoption and continual improvement.
• Define and prioritise GenAI backlog balancing value, safety, privacy and cost.
• Work with engineering, data, architecture and ML teams to shape requirements.
• Embed responsible GenAI controls and measurable outcomes for safety and governance.
