Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to internal teams and the Cabinet Office.
• Research and interpret legislative developments, maintaining a forward-looking view of potential changes.
• Draft clear and concise communications and technical responses.

Connaissances

Strong pensions technical knowledge, particularly CSPS and related legislation

Experience in complaint and dispute resolution

Ability to contribute to project work and change delivery

Strong research and communication skills

Confidence in representing the organisation externally

Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn new systems
