Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation in London is seeking a Senior Pension Operations Analyst within Customer Operations to collaborate with Risk, Transitions and Finance and improve pension administration processes.

You will oversee third party administrators, perform audits, deliver MI reports to senior management, and help ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service for policyholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with defined benefit pension schemes.
• Knowledge of pensions legislation and administration.
• Ability to interpret complex pension calculations.
• Experience with DB pensions transitions and buy-ins/buy-outs.
• Experience delivering strong customer service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Third Party Administrators to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Collaborate with TPS/Auditors on complex calculations.
• Audit pension processes like increases, DSARs, and overpayments.
• Ensure Pension guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Provide MI inputs to senior management.
• Support learning and process improvements.
