Senior Pensions Analyst, London/WFH
Salary
£45,000 – £57,500 per annum
Work Arrangement
Office based 2 days per week + 3 days working from home
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and deliver client projects
- Manage the analysis of data and data reporting tools
- Oversee implementation projects, including training, support, and supervision of staff
- Collect, understand and document business processes for data and calculation processes
- Provide expertise on data and implementation processes, covering pension administration, legislative requirements, data migration, payroll reconciliation, and business data standards
- Analyse requirements to scope/define client projects, ensuring accurate estimates of effort and cost
- Manage the completion and quality checking of client project work and implementation work, flagging and mitigating potential risks
- Collaborate with the Client Projects Delivery Manager to manage and allocate project work within the team
- Continuously review and improve processes to deliver better results for revenue requirements and stakeholder satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong technical database knowledge with experience in complex administration
- Background in pensions administration
- Experience managing people teams
- Project management experience, particularly with data analysis and implementation projects
- Knowledge of pension legislation, data migration, payroll reconciliation, and data standards
