You would be joining a friendly, innovative and supportive multi-disciplinary team, dedicated to providing a high-quality service to innovate, transform, improve the best possible outcomes for the people that the Trust services. The role entails building excellent relationships and providing co-ordinated, responsive and flexible administrative support. Also vital to the role is the ability to maintain an enthusiastic empathic approach and a desire to make a difference.
We are looking for highly skilled workers who are interested in working for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This role will work closely with the Business Manager supporting the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer as well as working across the directorate working with the senior leadership team across a number of diverse teams driving innovation forward.
Once you have completed our thorough induction and training programme, you will be provided with the autonomy to work independently and complete your role to the best of your ability. You will receive excellent supervision and support and we are committed to staff professional development and encourage in-house training opportunities.
The Chief Strategies and Partnerships Directorate is innovative and forward focussed providing varied and diverse services across the Project Management Office, Digital Teams, Charity, Specialist Provider Collaboratives implementing change and transformation to deliver the best possible outcomes for the patients the Trust serves as part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Administrative services within our teams are crucial to the success of the delivery of our services and we rely heavily on the support and creativity of our administrative colleagues. You will be joining a supportive and innovative team where administrative input is highly regarded and appreciated.
