Job Description
An innovative Law firm based in modern offices in the City, are hiring for an administrator to join their business support team!
Salary: up to 30k
Hybrid: 1 day from home
Working alongside the Secretaries within the business, you'll assist in supporting earners with the below tasks:
-Dealing with expenses
-Updating contact lists/BD lists
-Schedule and coordinate meetings
-Coordinate travel arrangements
-Make amendments to documents
-Open/close legal files
-General admin support
Requirements:
-6 months+ admin experience within a law firm
-Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Please note this role is not suitable for those with law degrees wishing to pursue a paralegal career
