Job summary

Saga plc. is seeking a Cruise and Destination Experience Coordinator to design, set up and deliver shore excursions across Ocean and River itineraries. The role blends home and Folkestone office work with a strong focus on guest experience and commercial standards.

You will support content, administration and operational delivery, ensuring accurate information and engaging experiences for guests, while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up excursions in line with itineraries and ensure accurate pre-cruise information.
• Administer Destination Experience data and content; maintain accuracy across vessels.
• Support operational delivery of shore excursion programmes across destinations; manage capacity.
