Job summary

Saga PLC is seeking a Cruise and Destination Experience Coordinator to design, set up and deliver unforgettable shore experiences across Ocean and River itineraries.

You will join the Cruise Operations team, supporting European and Worldwide programmes and ensuring experiences meet safety, quality and guest expectations. This role offers hybrid working from home and Folkestone with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer Destination Experiences across itineraries.
• Input data to support delivery of Destination Experience information.
• Review guest information for accuracy and expectations.
• Support operational delivery of shore excursion programmes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance guest experiences.
