The candidate will own housekeeping operations, train supervisors, and ensure compliance with SQM and USPH standards while maintaining a positive, results-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years progressive housekeeping managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures and chemical handling.
• Experience with talent assessment, quality service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of HR policies, performance development and coaching.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel software (Excel, OP systems).
• Understanding of budgeting, cost containment and inventory planning.
• Strong results-oriented management style and leadership skills.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
• Ability to discipline and counsel to improve performance where needed.
• Diplomatic communication with managers and teams to resolve issues.
• Flexibility to manage a dynamic housekeeping operation in changing environments.
• Pass Omnia Assessment for Behavior and Cognitive.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages preferred.
