Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Slot Manager to supervise and coordinate slot machines, arcade and gym equipment servicing and staff providing courteous service to guests at sea. In this role you will lead an international team, enforce safety rules and ensure efficient operations aboard our ship.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in casino environments, formal repair/troubleshooting training, strong guest service skills, and proficiency with typical office software.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment.
• Formal training in repair & troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
• Experience in live casinos preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Strong customer service skills with guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ability to communicate with guests and shipboard staff to resolve problems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to count currency quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math related to monetary units and slot percentages.
• Knowledge of HR policies; ability to supervise an international team and manage disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
