Job summary

UHS Estates Ltd (UEL) in Eastleigh is seeking a Band 5 Materials Coordinator (Cross-Site) to lead materials management and warehouse teams across multiple locations. The role focuses on inventory control, stock replenishment and efficient service delivery within the NHS estate.

You will supervise teams, run stock audits and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, while contributing to service improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Good general education including Mathematics and English language.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Management and Warehouse teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective inventory control, stock replenishment and service delivery.
• Supervise and develop teams; manage stock audits and stock takes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers; support improvement projects.
• Coordinate across sites and travel as required.
