United Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Materials & Logistics Specialist to support project demand across the UK. You will manage receipt, storage and movement of materials, coordinate warehousing, and liaise with Supply Chain, client and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Travel across the UK is required. The role demands a minimum of 7 years in materials/logistics, ERP experience and hands-on licence checks (forklift/telehandler).

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years materials/logistics experience with progression to management.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office suite.
• Valid forklift and telehandler licences (essential).
• Knowledge of inventory control and shipping documentation.

Mansioni

• Establish, manage and maintain warehousing/materials control at designated sites.
• Coordinate warehousing operations to maximise efficiency and labour use.
• Allocate, control and marshal materials between locations and suppliers.
• Coach staff on processes, safety and inductions.
• Prepare shipping documents and update procurement systems with receipts.
• Produce Materials Status reporting for project and client.
• Ensure safe, compliant supply chain activities per plan and budgets.
