Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Materials Coordinator (Cross Site) to lead materials management and warehouse activities across multiple locations. You will oversee stock replenishment, conduct stock takes, and analyse inventory data to support service delivery at the UEL Warehouse in Eastleigh and other sites.

The role requires experience in materials management or supply chain, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management or supply chain.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems (e.g., Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management and warehouse activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and stock takes.
• Analyse inventory data to support service improvement projects.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders and suppliers across sites.
