Confidential in London is seeking a CRM Manager to lead a major customer engagement transformation, migrating from a legacy CRM to Klaviyo, coordinating marketing, technology and business teams.

You will translate objectives into deliverables, manage risks, surface decisions with leadership, and ensure journeys and campaigns are captured and migrated preserving outcomes.

This hands-on role fits a lean, collaborative team in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRM/marketing tech projects in complex environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into product outcomes and user stories.
• Proven track record in large-scale platform migrations or transformations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the key link between strategic stakeholders, marketing teams, technology teams and external vendors during migration.
• Support migration from legacy CRM to Klaviyo, managing requirements, dependencies and risks.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product deliverables, user stories and tickets as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to surface decisions, recommendations and vendor insights.
• Ensure customer journeys and campaigns are captured and migrated while preserving outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across a complex tech landscape to keep priorities aligned.
