Harnham is seeking a CRM Product Manager to lead a major migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo in a London-based, hybrid role. This six-month contract offers a day rate of £400-425 and a focus on delivering a large-scale marketing tech transformation.

You will bridge business, technology, and vendor teams, surfacing risks and dependencies to guide senior leaders and keep the migration on track within a broader CDP programme.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management experience within marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
• Proven track record delivering platform migrations and transformation programmes.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and their role within a modern marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities move quickly and multiple programmes run concurrently.
• Strong commercial awareness and a practical, delivery-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Product Manager for a large-scale migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo.
• Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, technology, delivery, and external vendor teams.
• Surface risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decision points to senior leadership.
• Ensure migration activities remain on track while aligning with a wider CDP transformation programme.
• Drive delivery momentum across teams, ensuring priorities are understood and key actions are executed.
