Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
• Translate business needs into product outcomes across business and tech teams.
• Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale tech transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management with leadership, vendors and marketing teams.
• Understanding of customer journey management and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with Klaviyo is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between strategic stakeholders, marketing teams, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the migration programme.
• Support the migration from a legacy CRM platform to Klaviyo, ensuring requirements, dependencies, and risks are clearly understood and managed.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product deliverables, user stories, and tickets where required.
• Work closely with leadership to surface key decisions, recommendations, and vendor insights that support programme success.
• Ensure customer journeys and campaign requirements are effectively captured and migrated while maintaining their intended business outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across a complex technology landscape, helping teams stay aligned on priorities and delivery milestones.
