Job summary

SGS College is seeking a dedicated CRM Systems Assistant to manage, improve and support the college's CRM environment. You will ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and create dashboards to support decision-making across employer engagement, community partnerships and commercial activities.

The role offers full-time, permanent hours with a focus on data quality, reporting and system enhancements to drive outcomes for students and partners.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports and interpreting data.
• Experience using and supporting CRM systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate databases and customer records.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the College's CRM system, providing support and guidance to users across the organisation.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity and security of CRM data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and College policies.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of CRM processes, workflows and functionality.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Deliver training, coaching and user guidance to maximise CRM adoption and effective use.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support data cleansing, migration and system integration activities.
• Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues, liaising with suppliers where required.
• Develop user guidance, process documentation and system procedures.
• Support employer engagement, commercial activity and partnership development through effective stakeholder data management
