Job summary

SGS College is seeking a CRM Administrator to act as the primary contact for the college's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and security across the organisation. You will support GDPR compliance, develop processes, and create dashboards to aid decision-making.

You will train staff, drive CRM adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements, data migrations, and system integrations. This role sits within a supportive, inclusive college environment.

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience using and supporting CRM systems.
  • Experience maintaining accurate databases and customer records.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports and interpreting data.
  • Understanding of GDPR, information governance and data management requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train colleagues.
  • Experience of CRM implementation, migration projects or system integrations would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
  • Experience within further education, employer engagement, customer service or business development environments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of CRM processes, workflows and functionality.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver training, coaching and user guidance to maximise CRM adoption and effective use.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support data cleansing, migration and system integration activities.
  • Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues, liaising with suppliers where required.
  • Develop user guidance, process documentation and system procedures.
  • Support employer engagement, commercial activity and partnership development through effective stakeholder data management

FTE Salary: Up to £25,572.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
