University of Bath is seeking a CRM Service Owner to shape how the university builds lasting relationships with its stakeholders. You will lead enterprise CRM initiatives, provide strategic oversight, and act as a business ambassador for agile CRM development within the Marketing team.

You will chair the CRM Working Group, translate complex concepts into business benefits, and ensure CRM projects deliver measurable value across staff, students, and the wider community.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience with CRM applications in a large organisation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate needs into CRM delivery.
• Strong understanding of how CRM strategy supports institutional priorities.
