Job summary

University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digital & Technology team within the CRM Service. You will understand business needs, shape improvements to digital products and services, and work across the full product lifecycle within a multidisciplinary team.

You will help enhance the connected, data-driven CRM ecosystem centred on Salesforce, improving how systems, data and processes work together to benefit staff and students.

Qualifications

• Experience of business analysis across the product lifecycle, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and navigate differing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex challenges, question assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrable experience of core business analysis techniques, including discovery, requirements elicitation, process and data mapping, and documentation.
• Experience of supporting the delivery and adoption of change, including testing, training and early-life support.
• Understanding of Agile and product-led approaches, with experience of working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
