Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme in Scotland. The role covers the full lifecycle from discovery through data migration, testing and go-live, delivering a single source of truth to improve customer experience and reporting.

The role requires proven CRM implementation or migration experience, with Salesforce or Dynamics 365 familiarity. It is a hybrid role with travel across Scotland and an 18-month fixed-term contract.

18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Scotland)
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant digital change. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a business-critical project that will consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability.

• Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme.
