Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a CRM Optimisation Specialist to enhance the value, usability and adoption of our CRM across head office and field teams. You will help ensure reliable system use, accurate customer data and stronger customer focus with a 360-degree customer view.

The role involves supporting CRM training, delivering practical guidance and driving adoption so users apply the system consistently and effectively across markets.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience with CRM or commercial technology platforms, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Good understanding of commercial operations, data privacy laws and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Proven project and change leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Align CRM with digital marketing, email and field-force engagement channels to support seamless customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Strategic Insights and Digital Human Health teams to deliver engagement and activity reporting, including dashboards.
• Lead deployment, configuration and continuous optimisation of CRM tools across markets.
• Support CRM vision and roadmap, future-proofing CRM and driving customer centricity.
