Job description

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of enhancing CRM processes, maintaining data integrity, and driving key initiatives that foster customer engagement and retention.

What You Will Do:
  1. Own the CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Implement data hygiene practices and ensure GDPR compliance, focusing on consent management and data retention.
  3. Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows to guide MQLs through the sales funnel.
  4. Build and manage customer upsell and cross-sell campaigns within the CRM.
  5. Optimize CRM processes to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales, including automating MQL-to-SQL notifications.
  6. Leverage analytics to measure the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.
What You Will Bring:
  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM management, ideally within B2B SaaS companies.
  2. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot or HubSpot, including automation, lead nurturing, and reporting tools.
  3. A strong understanding of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations.
  4. An analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign optimisation.
  5. A degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field; experience in vehicle technology or fleet management is a bonus.
