Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to drive email campaigns, content creation and data-driven customer engagement. You will collaborate with Brand and Campaigns to deliver on-brand communications and the annual calendar, while analysing performance and refining targeting.

You will contribute to CRM evolution, manage data quality, and support reporting across campaigns, weekly and monthly. A fast-paced, customer-focused environment awaits, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh, engaging email creative and content for campaigns
• Develop insightful creative and content briefs
• Ensure email communications align with brand guidelines, tone of voice and the retail calendar
• Set up and broadcast email campaigns with audience targeting and Google Analytics
• Set up the annual email calendar aligned with the retail calendar and identify content opportunities
• Support delivery and maintenance of campaign, weekly and monthly reporting
• Deliver the email marketing test & learn programme with the CRM team
• Identify key customer segments and implement engagement and revenue strategies
• Contribute to evolution of CRM and digital capabilities
• Support Customer Data Platform to ensure high quality data
• Identify opportunities to add new prospects to the database and enhance existing data
