Job summary

Potential Recruitment is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to drive email campaigns across multiple eCommerce brands, focusing on scheduled broadcasts and automated journeys. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to support promotions, product launches and seasonal activity, while analysing performance and driving optimisations.

You'll bring experience in CRM, email marketing and data analysis, with strong Excel skills and a commercially focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience working within CRM, email marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with email automation or customer journey platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and marketing data.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, retention marketing and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands or websites.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the email marketing calendar across several eCommerce websites and brands.
• Plan, build, test and schedule regular broadcast email campaigns.
• Manage and optimise automated email journeys, including customer lifecycle, welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement and promotional automations.
• Work with the wider eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure campaigns support key trading priorities, product launches, promotions and seasonal activity.
• Segment customer audiences to improve campaign relevance and performance.
• Monitor key CRM metrics and provide clear recommendations for future activity.
