Job summary

You will own daily email activity, build automation, segment audiences and optimise campaign performance, working closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to support launches and seasonal activity.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day email marketing activity from planning to analysis.
• Manage email calendar across multiple eCommerce websites and brands.
• Build, test and schedule email campaigns and automated journeys.
• Develop customer segmentation to improve relevance and performance.
• Monitor engagement, deliverability and customer behaviour.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams to support promotions and launches.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Run tests on subject lines, content, offers, timing and segmentation.
