Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 12-month paid internship in CRM Marketing at our Winnersh head office in the UK, starting September 2027. The role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office and provides hands-on experience across marketing projects, analytics and content development.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic global healthcare environment, develop project management and communication skills, and gain exposure to AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for Marketing, Business Management, Biomedical Science or a related subject with a placement year.
• Three A levels at ABB, or equivalent.
• The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Ability to travel independently to the usual place of work and, where required, to other sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of CRM marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations and digital content in line with company processes.
• Analyse campaign, customer and market data to generate insights and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support omnichannel engagement projects across email, digital and field-based channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and External Affairs colleagues on cross-functional projects.
• Track project timelines, actions and performance metrics to support successful delivery of key business priorities.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve customer experience and engagement.
