Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Winnersh, England, is offering a 12-month University Intern in Sales & Marketing for the Inflammation Franchise. You will work with Marketing, Head of Sales and cross-functional partners using Microsoft 365 and approved systems.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree in business, marketing, management, life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, health sciences, economics, data/analytics or another relevant subject.
• Minimum of three A levels at grades ABB or equivalent.
• The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Ability to travel independently to the usual place of work and, where required, to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development and delivery of customer-focused marketing campaigns, from initial insight and briefing through to implementation and review.
• Own defined workstreams within the annual brand and sales plans, such as coordinating campaign materials, preparing team communications, tracking milestones and summarising results.
• Work closely with Marketing colleagues, the Head of Sales, field-based teams and cross-functional partners such as Medical, Market Access, Finance, Compliance and external agencies.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools, approved business systems, customer and market insights, dashboards and established review processes to organise work, analyse information and support high-quality execution.
• Help the team deliver well-organised, compliant activities on time, improve visibility of field operations and generate practical insights that can strengthen future campaigns and customer engagement.
