Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 12-month paid internship in CRM Marketing at our head office in Winnersh, UK. The role supports campaign execution, analytics and content development while collaborating with marketing, medical and market access teams.

The internship provides hands-on pharmaceutical marketing experience, exposure to omnichannel engagement, and opportunities to work with senior stakeholders across functions.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in marketing/related field with placement year.
• Minimum three A levels at ABB or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• Ability to travel to the usual place of work and other sites as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, marketing and digital engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of CRM marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations and digital content in line with company processes.
• Analyse campaign, customer and market data to generate insights and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support omnichannel engagement projects across email, digital and field-based channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and External Affairs on cross-functional projects.
• Track project timelines, actions and performance metrics to support delivery of key priorities.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and engagement.
