Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Marketing, Business Management, Biomedical Science or a related subject and completing a placement year

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of CRM marketing and customer engagement initiatives
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations and digital content in line with company processes
• Analyse campaign, customer and market data to generate insights and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Support omnichannel engagement projects across email, digital and field-based channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and External Affairs colleagues on cross-functional projects
• Track project timelines, actions and performance metrics to support successful delivery of key business priorities
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve customer experience and engagement
