Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH invites applications for a 12‑month CRM Marketing Internship based at our Winnersh head office. The role supports omnichannel customer engagement and marketing projects within the UK and Ireland, offering hands-on experience across analytics, content development and campaign execution.

You will work with colleagues across commercial, medical and market access teams, developing skills in pharmaceutical marketing, project management and AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business Management, Biomedical Science or related subject and completing a placement year as part of the course.
• A minimum of three A levels at grades ABB, or equivalent.
• The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• The ability to travel independently to the usual place of work and, where required, to other sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, marketing, digital engagement

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of CRM marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations and digital content in line with company processes.
• Analyse campaign, customer and market data to generate insights and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support omnichannel engagement projects across email, digital and field-based channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and External Affairs colleagues on cross-functional projects.
• Track project timelines, actions and performance metrics to support successful delivery of key business priorities.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve customer experience and engagement
